1. Gordon’s Pink Spritz

You’ll be glad you stocked up on @gordonsginau’s Premium Pink Distilled Gin when the sun’s beating down & only a delicious pink spritz can remedy the heat!

  • 50ml Gordon’s Premium Pink Distilled Gin
  • 50ml Tonic
  • 25ml Prosecco

Fill a large wine glass with loads of ice, pour over the gin & tonic, stir & top with prosecco for instant relief from those summer rays!

2. Poor Tom’s Strawberry Gin Spritz

Born from the hands of a trained chemist turned distiller, Sydney’s @poortomsgin ain’t here to bump uglies with spiders. Crafting some of the country’s most exquisite gin that you absolutely must indulge in over summer. Their strawberry pink gin is a #LiquorBarons favourite, served over ice with a splash of sparkling & soda.

3. The Orangie Spritz

If you haven’t considered whiskey for spritz yet, we won’t hold that against you. But you really do need to try this. Grab a bottle of @glenmorangie Original & get cracking on this deliciously zesty spritz! Super easy to throw together for instant summertime refreshment!

  • The Orangie Spritz ?
  • 45ml Glenmorangie Original
  • 4 Dashes of Angostura Bitters

Combine ingredients over loads of ice in a wine glass, stir & top with a splash of soda & garnish with an orange wheel.

4. The Tanq Rangpur Spritz

If you’ve got a taste for the exotic, keep a bottle of @tanquerayginau’s Rangpur on hand this summer! Distilled with fragrant Rangpur limes, it’s an essential addition to the liquor cabinet of avid flavour explorers!

  • Rangpur Spritz ?
  • 30ml Tanqueray Rangpur
  • 30ml Apple Juice
  • 30ml Prosecco

Fill a large wine glass or highball with lots of ice, pour over the gin & apple juice, stir & top with prosecco. Garnish with fresh lime & a slice of crisp green apple.

5. Tanqueray Flor De Sevilla Spritz

Does this look bright to you? Suspiciously like a negroni perhaps? You got it…. Grab a bottle of @tanquerayginau’s Flor de Sevilla & recreate one of the most delightful mishaps in the history of booze! Legend has it a bartender mistakenly reached for the prosecco instead of gin when making a Negroni & the sbagliato (mistaken in Italian) was born ? We’ve added the gin back in, oops!

  • Sbagliato ?
  • 20ml Tanqueray Flor de Sevilla
  • 20ml Campari
  • 20ml Vermouth
  • 20ml Prosecco
  • Orange

Combine ingredients of good quality ice in a rock glass & stir for dilution. Rim the glass with orange zest to release the aroma of the fruit & use it to garnish.
