About John & Byron
John has been in the liquor trade for 30 years and has enjoyed working across wholesale, hotels and liquor stores. Byron, John’s son has spent the last 7 years working for Yalumba Wines and now works full time at the Hillarys store, carrying on his Dad’s passion for all things liquor.
Both John and Byron have a passion for wine, which although it is their career is also their hobby.
