Claire has years of wine tastings, alcohol promotions, and bar service under her belt, and has been in hospitality since she was legally old enough to pull a pint. If you need a recommendation for a Spanish red or a smooth Tequila that pairs with Tuesday Tacos, she’s got you covered!
Tim’s traded his high-vis for high spirits and red dust for red wine after 22 years in the Pilbara! He’s a bold Shiraz fan with a soft spot for a solid G&T.
Their combined passions – from good coffee to fine wine, beach sunsets and outback adventures – create a warm, welcoming atmosphere with a pinch of the quirkiness that East Freo locals know and love.
