ABOUT

Reminiscent of the original Czech lagering process incorporating an extended primary fermentation, then a long & cool secondary fermentation for at least 100 days.

TASTING NOTES

The rich golden hue from the dark Munich malts and generous bitterness from Czech and New Zealand hops is topped with a creamy white, densely packed head. White pepper and passionfruit to finish.

Colour – Gold.
Aroma – Hops & passionfruit.
Palate – Fruity, dry, refreshing.
Serving Suggestion – Ice cold.
