Classic Dry Red 750mL
ORIGIN: Margaret River, WA.
TYPE: Shiraz.
TASTING NOTES: Easy going, light and luscious. This is a soft and sumptuous, medium-bodied Margaret River Shiraz. It is bright, lightly perfumed and refreshing, ideal for all occasions.
Colour: Bright, deep purple.
Aroma: Be enticed by fresh fruit aromas with a dense raspberry jam perfume, a hint of vanilla and savoury notes of raspberry pip and Emmental cheese.
Palate: Bright and crisp with fresh raspberry and satsuma plum fruit at its core. A soft yet tangy acid line, leading to a dry and vibrant finish. A beautiful, fruit forward red, perfect to enjoy in its youth.
Classic Dry White 750mL
ORIGIN: Margaret River, WA.
TYPE: Semillon Sauvignon Blanc.
TASTING NOTES: A classic Margaret River blend of Semillon and Sauvignon Blanc. This popular, pure-fruit style has been made by Vasse Felix since 1987. It is zesty, fresh and crisp.
Colour: Pale straw with a green tinge.
Aroma: A fragrant perfume of tinned lychees and dried pawpaw straps, complemented by elevated notes of lily flowers and lemon pith. This wine is rounded out with hints of jalapeño pepper and sherbet.
Palate: A fresh and crisp palate with a lovely soft fruit core. The bright, dry finish carries lingering hints of tangy fruit, lemon pith and jalapeño.
Classic Dry Rosé 750mL
ORIGIN: Margaret River, WA.
TYPE: Rosé.
TASTING NOTES: A classic Provençal style of Rosé known for its pale colour and light, dry elegance. This Rosé is made solely from Shiraz, the Margaret River alternative grape, grown in the Vasse Felix vineyards.
Colour: Salmon pink.
Aroma: A very refined, complex and light perfume with strawberry cream, watermelon and fresh rose petal. There’s also a hint of lady smith apple and pink peppercorn.
Palate: Arriving on the palate soft and round with a luscious plump fruit feeling, followed by very smooth, almost creamy, acidity and rounded out by a long, dry mineral finish. Fresh, light and drinkable.
