Origin: Fremantle, WA.
Type: West Coast Pilsner.
Analysis: 4.5% ABV.
Tasting Notes: Pilsner malt and old school Saphir and Mt. Hood hops give us a light, crispy and refined platform for juicy tangerine, ripe mango, stonefruit and pine aromas, to shine from a hefty dose of Citra and Simcoe.
Colour: Gold.
Aroma: Mango, stonefruit and pine.
Palate: Light and bright. Vibrant citrus-tropical hops up front, and just a hint of dank. Lightly sweet, bready malt, layered with traditional hop varieties for an enticing palate.
Serving Suggestion: Ice cold, paired with fresh fish ceviche or salt and pepper squid.
