XXXX Subheading
Holy XXXX
Brothers, Nicholas and Edward Fitzgerald dreamt of creating the finest ales known to man, that would be loved throughout the generations. Hailing from Victoria, the brothers decided that they needed warmer weather and a place to brew their beer, so they packed up and headed for the Sunshine State.
XXXX has always been a drink for the people, priding themselves on helping the local community and boosting morale. From helping out the local publican establish the best spot to pour a schooner, kitting out the local footy team, and even donating funds to people in need during the Queensland floods, XXXX have always been there for their people.
And on the topic of giving a XXXX, the XXXX brewery is now proud to be a carbon neutral brewery. To help achieve this, they installed solar panels and invested in enough carbon credits to offset the entire brewery’s carbon footprint. If that’s not enough to raise a XXXX and say cheers to the beer of Australia, we don’t know what is.

Quick Facts
- Back in the day, beer quality was measured in Xs and XXXX’s first beer produced was the XXX Sparkling Ale. It was awarded a very respectable three Xs, but something was missing. In 1893, the brewers perfected the recipe and gained their fourth X. Then, some years later, they established the XXXX name that we all know and love today.
- The recipe for XXXX BITTER hasn’t changed since it was first brewed in 1924, since it was invented by Alhois ‘Bill’ Leitner, a German fellow who changed XXXX for the better.
- After the First World War, those who returned were relieved to have a XXXX for the first time in years – so World War II saw XXXX distributed overseas for the first time ever. Thirsty troops in North Africa and Asia got to experience XXXX, which for many a soldier was the distinct taste of life back home.
- XXXX’s latest achievement was in 2016, with their eight billionth stubby being produced and consumed by one lucky Aussie. That’s a whopping three billion litres of beer – and enough to fill every Olympic swimming pool in the country 25 times!
