The La Vieille Ferme Rosé presents all of the elements of an attractive rosé.
Pretty pale pink colour with pastel undertones. Fresh and very aromatic on the nose, this wine has a delicate bouquet with notes of red fruit (currants, cherries), and citrus. Good balance between sweetness and acidity in the mouth. We find notes of fresh fruit with beautiful persistence. If you like easy-drinking rosé wines, this one is perfectly suiting aperitifs and simple cookery.
Jean Pierre Perrin established La Vieille Ferme over 35 years ago, using the same grape varieties in similar proportions to those planted at the family’s Chateau de Beaucastel. La Vieille Ferme is recognized for its consistently fine quality and value.

What’s It Like
The 2018 vintage is characterised by exceptional weather conditions. Flowering took place in the best possible conditions, with a historically abundant grape output. A few rainy episodes at the end of the spring complicated things a little with an attack of mildew, but the good weather then settled down until harvest, which took place under idyllic conditions. The wines are beautiful.
The fragrant nose reveals hints of red fruit and cherries. Lively and long in the mouth, it is very aromatic with great acidity that brings freshness.
10-12°C on hors-d’oeuvres, cold buffets, tomato salads, grilled meat, … and other summer lunches.
