Holy Kraken!

Once upon a time, there was a ship that carried one of the largest shipments of Black Spiced Rum ever to be brought over from the Caribbean Islands. For unexplained, but widely speculated reasons, the ship never reached its destination. Stories were abundant, and while an attack by the Kraken beast was suspected, none of the stories could ever be confirmed.

The Kraken Rum combines Caribbean Rums and blends them with a range of spices including cinnamon, cloves, and ginger. Inspired by its namesake, the sea beast of myth and legend, The Kraken Rum is smooth, bold, rich, and dark to the very end.

Kraken Black Spiced Rum

• Origin: Trinidad and Tobago.
• Type: Caribbean Spiced Rum.
• Analysis: 40% ABV.
• Tasting notes: Sweet vanilla spices with hints of coffee, cinnamon, and gingerbread.
• Colour: Teetering on the edge of black.
• Palate: Subtle hints of caramel, balanced with molasses, toffee, and orange, with a warm spice finish.
• Aroma: Nutty vanilla coffee with cherries and old-fashioned gunpowder.
• Serving Suggestion: Try serving with ginger beer and a slice of lime.
