INGREDIENTS

  • 75mL The Botanist Gin
  • 15mL Fino Sherry
  • 15mL Raspberry honey water
  • Ice
  • Garnish: raspberries

METHOD

  1. Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass.
  2. Fill the mixing glass with ice and stir for at least 30 seconds.
  3. Strain into a chilled martini glass of your choice.
  4. Garnish with fresh raspberries.
