INGREDIENTS
- 50mL Jameson Black Barrel Whiskey
- 25mL Lemon juice
- 15mL Sugar syrup
- 1 Egg white (optional)
- Orange wedge
METHOD
- Pour lemon juice, sugar syrup, egg white and Jameson Black Barrel Whiskey into a cocktail shaker.
- Add ice and shake well.
- Strain into a lowball glass, add ice, and garnish with an orange wedge.
