What got you into the liquor industry?

We were drawn to the liquor industry because of the unique opportunity to offer customers a wide variety of quality products while creating memorable experiences. With a passion for both the craftsmanship behind spirits and the joy they bring to social occasions, we saw the liquor industry as a way to combine our love for great products with exceptional customer service.

What is your favourite part about helping a customer find the perfect drink?

Whether it’s guiding someone toward a new favourite spirit or recommending the ideal pairing for their occasion, we love offering personalized recommendations that match their unique tastes. The end goal is ensuring that every customer leaves with exactly what they’re looking for. It’s all about connecting with our customers and helping them discover something they’ll enjoy!

What is your all time favourite drink (cocktail, or other)?

One of our all-time favourite drinks is a classic Jameson Irish Whiskey. Its smooth, approachable flavour with notes of honey, vanilla, and a touch of spice makes it incredibly versatile. Whether sipped neat, enjoyed on the rocks, or mixed into a cocktail like a Jameson Ginger & Lime, it is a drink that suits any occasion.

How long have been in the industry?

We are fairly new to the liquor industry, having recently bought our liquor store in December 2024. However, we bring valuable experience from managerial roles in hotels and bars, where we gained deep insights into customer service, product selection, and the hospitality industry. Our background has equipped us with the skills to understand customer needs and provide a high-quality, personalised experience.
