Mumm Cordon Rouge 750mL

• Origin: Champagne region, France.
• Type: Champagne Brut.
• Tasting notes: Vibrant freshness and exuberant energy excite the palate. Complex and perfectly balanced, the wine reveals rounded, elegant flavors of fruit and caramel. The powerful finish is at once creamy and effervescent.
• Colour: Golden-yellow hue
• Aroma: First impression is a sensation of freshness, with rounded, delectable notes. Juicy scents of succulent white and yellow fruits entice, with hints of lychee, pineapple, praline. Appetizing aromas of pastry – yeast, brioche – heighten the anticipation.

Aged for a minimum of 20 months in Maison Mumm’s cellars, this wine is ideal as an aperitif among friends or a lazy Sunday brunch –those moments when everything simply clicks and positive energy flows: real friends sharing real talk, everyone at ease in a joyful, convivial atmosphere.

Mumm Marlborough Brut Prestige 750mL

• Origin: Marlborough, NZ.
• Type: Brut Prestige.
• Tasting notes: a refined, elegant wine of exceptional quality & delightful fruity notes. Mumm Marlborough Brut Prestige is a non-vintage cuvée with an assemblage (46% Pinot Noir, 45% Chardonnay, 9% Meunier) from the best wines, marrying finesse with a wealth of aromas.
• Colour: Dark core, purple rim.
• Aroma: Delicately aromatic sparkler with lemon curd, citrus blossom and baguette crust flavours.

Mumm Marlborough Brut Prestige is a distinctive sparkling wine that marries the best of New Zealand Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Meunier grapes with Méthode Traditionnelle techniques from the French Champagne Maison Mumm.

Mumm Tasmania Brut Prestige 750mL

• Origin: Tasmania.
• Type: Pinot Noir Chardonnay NV Brut.
• Tasting notes: Pinot Noir (51%) Chardonnay (44%) and Pinot Meunier (5%) grapes are sourced predominantly from Northern Tasmania and the Pipers River area. This sparkling wine emphasises this sophisticated style with complex aromas of warm spices and red berries balanced by delicate acidity, resulting in a refined wine with powerful length.

• Aroma: Warm spices and red berries.
• Food match: A chacuterie board with fruit and quince paste.

• Tasting notes: Vibrant notes of plum, cherry, red apple & peach are complemented by toasty bread notes leading into a long finish.

• Aroma: Red apple, cherry, orange, & fresh-baked bread are a welcoming introduction to this wine.
